Shipping & Returns

If you place an order on weekdays before 22:00, we will immediately start working in our warehouse, so that you will receive your order the next day. In most cases this is possible, but it may happen that we do not meet our usual fast delivery time due to busy periods. If this is the case, we will keep you informed via our social media channels.

Delivery

We work together with DHL and PostNL for shipping orders. Usually your package will be delivered the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time. Please note that the responsibility for the delivery lies with the courier. If you have any questions, our customer service is always ready to help you!

Missed delivery?

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? The courier will try to deliver your package to your neighbours, and if that is not possible, it will be delivered to a service point. In both cases, you will receive a notification in your letterbox with further instructions about your package. Keep a close eye on both your e-mail and letterbox.

Go green

At Korean Wonder, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint. That’s why we work with couriers who are actively reducing and offsetting their carbon emissions. Since 2021, we have been participating in DHL’s GoGreen offset program, which reduces the remaining emissions by investing in green initiatives, such as planting trees. The ultimate goal is to reduce global carbon emissions to zero by 2050.

In 2021, we expect to have offset 20 tons of CO2 emissions through this program. That is equivalent to:

  • Driving 223,000 kilometers in a gasoline car,
  • More than 50 return flights between Amsterdam and Paris,
  • The electricity consumption of an average Dutch household over 13 years.

In this way, Korean Wonder contributes to a more sustainable future and we try to limit our CO2 emissions as much as possible.

Remote areas / Wadden Islands

If you live in a remote area or on the Wadden Islands, additional costs may be charged for delivery. DHL applies surcharges for deliveries to such areas. If this applies to your order, we will contact you.

Shipping process

The shipping process at Korean Wonder goes through the following steps:

  1. Your order will be collected in our warehouse.
  2. Your order will be carefully packed, including nice samples.
  3. The package is handed over to DHL.
  4. Your order will be delivered to the address you specified.
  5. You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Service Point. Don't forget your ID!

Upon receipt, check immediately whether your order is complete and undamaged. If there is anything wrong, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In case of damage, we would like to receive a clear photo as proof.

I have not received a shipping confirmation

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder and spam filters. Also make sure that you have entered the correct email address.

Have your order delivered to a different address

You can have your order delivered to a different address than the billing address. Enter this under 'my address details'. Always check that the delivery address is entered correctly, especially if you have the package delivered to your work.

Received missing or incorrect items?

Are there any items missing from your order or did you accidentally receive the wrong item? Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Did not receive my package

If you have not received your package, please consult the Track & Trace code that you received from DHL. Are you still unable to track the package? Please contact us and we will help you further. Always check that the address has been entered correctly.

Address correction

Did you make a mistake when entering your address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is already on its way, we unfortunately can't change anything, but we will do our best to help you anyway.

Reflection period and returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided the seal has not been broken. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive the full purchase price including shipping costs back. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense and amount to approximately €6.99 within the Netherlands. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, please contact us via info@koreanwonder.nl.

Allergic reaction

Have you had an allergic reaction to a product? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once products have been used. An allergic reaction is not a valid reason for return or refund, because we guarantee hygiene and health. However, we can advise you on products that are more suitable for your skin type. Contact our customer service for personal advice.
