Korean Wonder Complaints Procedure

At Korean Wonder, we take your satisfaction very seriously. We believe it is important that you are completely satisfied with our products. Although we always do our best to make everything run smoothly, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied with one of the products, we would like to hear from you.

 

Let's have a conversation together

If you experience a problem, we will invite you to a conversation with the relevant front desk employee. Often a personal conversation can clarify misunderstandings and the employee can give you further explanation. We appreciate your feedback, because it helps us to improve the service.

If the conversation does not go as planned or you would rather not have the conversation, you can file your complaint with our internal complaints officer via the complaint form. We take every complaint seriously and do our best to find a solution together. Our goal is to continuously improve our services and service.

Which steps to take

You can file a complaint via the complaint form. Please state your complaint in as much detail as possible in your message, including the products and times they relate to. We will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If, despite our efforts, you are unable to reach a solution, you can contact our external complaints officer. You can report the dispute via Stichting WebwinkelKeur or the ODR platform. This independent party will handle your complaint with the utmost care and objectivity. We will be happy to provide you with more information about this procedure upon request.
